High costs for excavation work can be avoided with good planning. It should of course be mentioned that the amount of the costs also depends on whether the excavated material remains on the property or has to be disposed of. Depending on the severity of the soil class, it must also be considered whether preparatory work is necessary. The disposal costs are calculated on the basis of the volume and the material.

However, well-trained personnel and effective equipment can reduce the cost of excavation work immensely. Our aim is to carry out work with as little delay as possible. The removal of the soil, transportation and access to the site must be well planned. We also often advise – where possible – to continue using the top soil layers on the property. These are usually more contaminated with pollutants than deeper soil layers and produce high disposal costs.
